mixed feelings on jedi:survivor
#ive been watching my partner play since im still working on 100%ing fallen order lol#the story and script of j:s is way wayy wayyyyyy better than j:fo#but its so SERIOUS#and i think that is my problem with what they are trying to do with sw these days#killing the camp#and trying to make it earnestly melodramatic without realizing that it doesn't work in this universe#like andor was so good because it was a side story#i really dont think you can do jedi and laser sword magic shit and make a serious plotline work well#it NEEDS to be campy#obi wan dooku and palpatine embraced that in the prequels and they singlehandedly carried those films#anyway i still resent rey and kylo ren for taking themselves too seriously#stop brooding for five seconds its not that intense#anyway i hope cal gets less angsty as the story progresses because he is mr edgy atm and it's not doing much for me
